What is RMA2020? All unit owners of Grand Georgian, Weider Lodge and Seasons at Blue condo hotels in the Blue Mountain Village year round resort had to sign the Rental Pool Management Agreement (“RMA”) when purchasing their units.
This RMA is what has governed the terms of engagement with the rental manager, Blue Mountain Resorts Limited (“BMR”), through four automatic renewals since 2001 and expired in November 2020.
What this means for owners, is that there is now an opportunity to thoroughly examine the business case over the past 18 or so years, and determine what action may be necessary to ensure owners a fair and equitable return on their substantial investment.
